This is a Terms of Service Statement of The Coaching Alchemist, which is a strand of BohemaLife Limited, a company founded by Anna Olejnik, and registered in England and Wales under a company number, 13778045, and at the address, Suite 5, 5th Floor, City Reach, 5 Greenwich View Place, London, United Kingdom, E14 9NN. 

 

For the purpose of this Statement, The Coaching Alchemist is referred to as 'Coach'.

In accordance with this Statement, Coach agrees to provide Coaching Services for Client focusing on topics/ results/ outcomes/ goals that Client wishes to discuss.

What is Coaching

​

Coaching is partnership (defined as an alliance, not a legal business partnership) between Coach and Client in a stimulating, thought-provoking and creative process that inspires Client to maximise his/her personal and professional potential. By way of various coaching techniques, tools, and methodologies, it is designed to facilitate the creation and/or development of personal, professional or business goals and to craft and carry out a strategy/ plan for achieving those goals.

 

Coach-Client Relationship

Coach agrees to maintain the ethics and standards of behaviour established by the Association for Coaching “(AC)” global codes of ethics.

Client understands that coaching is not therapy and does not substitute for therapy if needed, and does not prevent, cure, or treat any mental disorder or medical disease.

Client acknowledges that coaching does not involve the diagnosis or treatment of mental disorders and that coaching is not to be used as a substitute for counselling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care, substance abuse treatment, or other professional advice by legal, medical or other qualified professionals. It is the Client’s responsibility to seek such independent professional guidance as needed. If Client is currently under the care of a mental health professional, it is recommended that the Client promptly informs the mental health care provider of the nature and extent of the coaching relationship agreed upon by Client and Coach.

Client is solely responsible for creating and implementing his/her own physical, mental and emotional well-being, decisions, choices, actions and results arising out of or resulting from the coaching relationship and his/her coaching calls and interactions with Coach. As such, Client agrees that Coach is not and will not be liable or responsible for any actions or inaction, or for any direct or indirect result of any services provided by Coach.

Client acknowledges that coaching is a comprehensive process that may involve different areas of his/her life, including work, finances, health, relationships, education and recreation. Client agrees that deciding how to handle these issues, incorporate coaching principles into those areas and implementing choices is exclusively Client’s responsibility.

Client understands that in order to enhance the coaching relationship, Client must communicate honestly, be open to feedback and assistance and to create the time and energy to participate fully in the coaching program. 

 

Client acknowledges that he/she has the right to and may terminate or discontinue the coaching relationship at any time.

Services

​

Coach agrees to provide coaching services in virtual capacity through the Internet, via Zoom conferencing software. Coach will also be available to Client by e-mail and/or telephone in between scheduled meetings.

If rates change before any Coaching Agreement is signed and dated, prevailing rates will apply. 

 

Coaching Procedure

 

Time of all coaching meetings will be determined by Coach and Client based on a mutually agreed upon convenience. Coach will provide Client with a link(s) to the Zoom conferencing software room no later than 48 hours before the scheduled calls/ meetings. Client will initiate all scheduled calls/ meetings and will call Coach at the link(s) provided. Coach agrees to notify Client of any changes to calls/ meeting link(s).

Cancellation Policy


 

If Client wishes to cancel/ reschedule calls/ meeting, Client agrees that it is Client's responsibility to notify Coach no later than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled calls/ meetings. Coach reserves the right to bill Client for a missed meeting if the set timeline is not adhered to.

If Coach should need to cancel/ reschedule calls/ meeting, Coach agrees that it is Coach's responsibility to notify Client no later than 48 hours in advance of the scheduled calls/ meetings. Coach will not charge Client for the missed call/ meeting and will attempt in good faith to reschedule the missed call/ meeting. 

 

Termination
 of Service

 

Either Client or Coach may terminate a Coaching Agreement at any time with 1 week written notice. Client agrees to compensate the Coach for all coaching services rendered through and including the effective date of termination of the coaching relationship. Coach agrees to refund Client for any sessions unused post the effective date of termination of the coaching relationship. 

 

Coach Liability


 

Except as expressly provided in this Terms of Service statement, Coach makes no guarantees, representations or warranties of any kind or nature, expressed or implied with respect to the coaching services negotiated, agreed upon and rendered. In no event shall Coach be liable to Client for any indirect, consequential or special damages. Notwithstanding any damages that Client may incur, Coach’s entire liability under this statement, and Client’s exclusive remedy, shall be limited to the amount actually paid by Client to Coach under this statement for all coaching services rendered through and including the termination date. 

 

  

 

This document reflects a complete understanding of Coach and Client rights and responsibilities with respect to The Coaching Alchemist services and the Coach-Client relationship within these services.
